We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. Any information that is collected by us will be kept strictly confidential and in no way will be disclosed to any third party or be used in any way that you have not consented to.
Purchase & Payment Methods
To purchase any of our items you can do so via this secure online store.
To pay for items purchased you can do so by Credit Card (MASTERCARD or VISA only), or by PayPal.
Delivery
Postage within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £3.50.
Our warehouse does its best to dispatch your order with 24 hours of purchase. All orders are dispatched from West Yorkshire and we ship via Royal Mail. Depending on where you are located within the UK, you should expect to receive your order within 1-5 days from the day of ordering.
International Delivery
We can post your order anywhere around the world. For International orders our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage prior to your order being shipped. Delivery is via international airmail and may take up to two weeks.
Terms & Conditions on Exchanges and Faulty Items
Vespa & The Ladybird will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size provided it is returned to us unused and in its original condition within 21 days of purchase.
As we use Royal Mailto ship our products, shipping costs are non-refundable. For an exchange of size you will be required to ship the item back to us and you will be charged £3.50 for the new item to be shipped.
If an item is faulty, you will have the choice of an exchange or a full refund of the original price plus postage in your original form of payment. You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received and the fault has been assessed.
No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind.
